Our team will utilize the KeyGlee algorithm to create an offer based on publicly available records and the information you provided in the home profile. Once we send your offer, it’s easy and safe to move forward.
3. Walk Through Inspection
We will do a quick and easy inspection of your home at a time of your choosing. The inspection can even proceed if you are not able to be there, it’s totally up to you!
4. Closing Time
